You must mean the acid washed New Jersey mall denim miniskirt with matching jacket worn with the big assed bright red flying saucer hat?

Dying.

Unhappy

Oh these are the photo's

Im so disappointed but in truth i guess not surprised. Why wont she accept she is older and stop trying to be seen as 20+ years younger. I would of loved for her to of been brave and proud of her age, her works and had a front cover with her as she is now: wise, proud and still beautiful. At least to of done so in the booklet. Thats what ****s me about the Enchanted box set, so many old old photo's, and even on the TISL cover which had the pic from a shoot years earlier.

Come on Stevie, how about some pics from the last 15 years??? She says how much better she is now, how happy she is in her own skin now... so where is the cover with the proof.

Anywho, just had to get that out.
p.s - yes i know she had pics in the TISL booklet

^ The TISL cover was a new photo shoot in 2001. All the photos for TISL were new. If you are saying she used a TISL photo for the GD Tour....that annoyed me to no end. (only because I really didn't like the photo) As far as this "Best Of" compilation....I honestly did not expect any new photos. The last time she actually did a new photo shoot was Say You Will. Unless you count the Oz magazine photo spread and that doesn't appear to be an "official" shoot. She has been using the top hat photo for the CV promotion..and I do love that photo.

Hee hee. Now that you put it that way, I guess that's why this one didn't make the cover photo.

Love the new banner.
But I say she looks like she's about to dial "0" on the pink telephone. Heh heh heh.
It's a euphemism.

I'm one who's really happy with older pics. Not very fond of about...post 1987 pics of Stevie. All her most very newest ones look pretty much the same, with different...no, pretty much the same. I was going to say "outfits", but...
I'd always rather see Stone Fox Stevie.

Credit...or blame?

I like the Fox Stevie as much as anyone. And while I realize this is yet another GH rehash package, old pics are just...old. It is possible for her to take great pics still - the Aussie shoot is proof of that. Her face is still compelling to look at all these years later. Good costumes and a good photographer - done. The relentless use of old images at this point starts really pounding home the unfortunate message, "Wasn't I super skinny and beautiful 25 years I ago?! Look how hot I was!" Ya know, pay no attention to the 58 year old in the corset and hair extensions, folks. Seems a little lame. It's almost degrading.

100% agree - its kinda like confirming that she is a has-been. 'Don't take any notice of me now - look at how I was 20 years ago'

A mix of all 25 or so years would be nice - after all, some of these sogs are circa 1981. But, she does have that "I used to hot" thing going on.

It would have been interesting to see her recreate some of the shots today.

In any event, the comments on the videos are the the only thing that appeals to me about this product.

I guess if you think about it that way. I don't think it is degrading.

But anyway, 2 of the 6 pics posted at the beginning of the thread are newer. This is a retrospective, so I think limited use of new pics is fine. If it were a new album, I'd feel differently. But either way, I don't really want to look at new pics much. All the same. All the same. All the same. Face and hairstyle.
