FM License Plate Frame...in Mesa, AZ?

I drove behind a car with a Fleetwood Mac license plate frame in Mesa, AZ today!! Had never seen a FM license plate frame before...anyone know where to get one? I was going to ask the driver of the other car but we got seperated at a red light...which I almost ran to find out!!

I see them on ebay occasionally. I think you can get custom made ones at Six Flags.

There's a law in Texas now that your license plate frame is not allowed to cover ANYTHING on your plate. There's a big debate about it too, that it's just another reason for cops to pull people over and write tickets.
