Other Side of the Mirror Demos?

[UndoingTheLaces]

Hi everyone. I've been listening to the interviews from when TOSOTM was released and all this talk about Stevie having tons of recordings that never saw the light of day and the songs that made it to the recording sessions but not the album, and that guitar demo of Whole Lotta Trouble, well, does anyone have any of these or know which ones they are? If they've been posted in the "All the Beautiful Unreleased Worlds" thread, just mention them, you don't need to repost. But I've been listening to that CD so much now and would love to hear some of the outtakes.

Wasn't "Pretiest Girl In The World" an OSOTM outtake?
I could be really wrong on this one... but i think it is... someone help me out on this one

This one became Doing The Best I Can. I actually really like it. I am 95% certain it was an OSOTM demo.

That's a TISL outtake. Or at least Have No Heart is. I didn't download the file so I don't know if it's mislabeled.

And last but not least, I had to post this version of Dial The Number. It's so pretty. It's one of my favorite unreleased Stevie songs. It is different than the last version I posted.

You're thinking of "My Heart". "Have No Heart" is the same tune as DTBIC.

I like the acapella ending.

you are right in the respect that both HNH and DTBIC are the same chord progression. at least, that's my suspicion and how I always play it, as no one knows for sure.

Well the version I have is CLEARLY and OSOTM or RAL demo. It has that era voice on it. Vocally, it's a cross between No Spoken Word and DTBIC. Check it out. It is deffo not a TISL demo.
