Pronounced Rain-uh? Or Wren-uh? Or Wren-ah? Or some other way that I'm too stupid to come up with?

Wren-ah is the best try.

It means 'exquisite'

people don't mispronounce my name, but they do spell it wrong all the time. i don't understand it, because it seems like my spelling is the "normal" spelling. but people spell it kari, keri, kerry, carey ... wtf.

What really bugs the hell out of me is when people spell my name with an apostrophe - Jame's - .. and you'd be how many times it happens.. I can never promise that someone won't get hurt when that happens

I'm mispronounced all the time.

Diana, Deena, Dana....it's annoying. Especially when I'm getting food or something, I always say, "DEE-anna...D-E-A..." I spell it, but super emphasis on the EEEEE...yet they still almost always get it wrong.

i have a friend named deanna and another one of my friends is always spelling her name wrong - diana. wtf? why would you spell it like that, there already IS a name spelled that way, and it's pronounced differently!

for the record "deanna" is one of my favorite names. very pretty!

Ooh, you'd do that too, I know Actually this thread reminds me of a guy I went to school with till I was 11. When he left school he started work as a clown, and legally changed his name to Squeaky Squidget Mushroom Midget Oh Really O'Reilly O'Rourke... and you know that's so weird it has to be true He made the local papers recently for throwing random stuff at people in the street from his upstairs window, and wandering around town with an airhorn at 3am
