Dude, I love Judi, too. I was mostly rooting for Helen, though. I thought she looked radient last night. Did you see when she called Ellen today? E couldn't shut her up!

she's stunning...but my favorite older lady still remains the one and only catherine deneuve (even if the outfit she wore last night wasn't my favorite). i want to be deneuve when i grow up.

Lisa - Helen Mirren is a goddess - official!
She started very much as a sexy young thing in theatre. Although she was a respected Shakespearian actress, she was mostly famous for stripping off.

She has just got better with age. Can you believe that when there was talk of doing a movie version of her hit tv series Prime Suspect, the powers that be decided she wasn't famous or 'glamorous' enough to play a lead role in a big movie - I bet they feel pretty stupid now.

She's also great in person. Did you see the thread I started about Helen Mirren wears Holywood hooker shoes?
