I haven't really been keeping up with all the court stuff. Is this just to determine where she will be buried?? Or is it also for finding out who the real father is?

This particular court is determining where she will be buried. The trial itself, however, is a dog and pony show because regardless of any of the irrelevant testimony and antics, she bought a plot in the Bahammas and her son is buried there. How could her intentions have been clearer than that?

I wonder if the the loser will appeal

I wondered about an appeal. If the ruling comes down Friday afternoon, will any appeals court want to touch this with a ten foot pole? To possibly delay moving a decomposing body to her final resting place?
This Judge is a friggin idiot, it could not be more obvious that he is trying his damndest to get jurisdiction over ALL the matters, including paternity. Thank God CA would not agree to that.
I have said before, I cannot stand Debra Opri. she is an aggressive, obnoxious, heartless bitch. Poor Vergie had to be treated with kid gloves but Howard could be ripped a new one repeatedly. The whole spectacle infuriates me and does not even remotely resemble a normal court proceeding. Rules of evidence do not apply to this Judge.

They will have 30 days to appeal. There really is no exigent circunstances because the boday can always be exhumed and moved if the case is reversed, etc. But, either the trial judge (unlikely to stay his own hand) or the AC could issue a stay in the Trial Court's Order and leave poor ANS unburief while this tripe is on appeal - a situation I seriously doubt will hapen.

Regarding jurisdiction, the CA has no right to tell the FL court anything. So, if someone were to move in the FL court to establish paternity via DNA testing, in theory it could happen.

In the end, nothing said yesterday and regardless of the disgusting nature of just about all parties involved - ANS buried her son in the Bahamas and bought herself a plot there. Thus, this is all much ado about nothing but the money made on this circus.

I don't know why, but it freaks me out that she actually bought a plot for herself. I mean, that's a very smart thing to do and that's very "prepared" of her, but I guess it just makes me sad.

and no one has mentioned this, I don't think, but can you imagine how here assistant, Kimmy, is feeling? she loved Anna...like...loved. and Sugarpie. where's Sugarpie?

I'm still not convinced ANS was competent at the time she supposedly purchased the plots. Didn't HKS say she was never the same after Daniel died? Hell, have her cremated and divide the ashes with everyone. And who has taken over my body and actually made me care enough to even ask these questions?

It would not susprise me if the decision reads that the body is to be released to the biological father of Dannilynn. I guess we will find out Friday.

The biological father of her should have no say in where ANS or Daniel is buried. I suppose it could be argued that D. will want to visit the grave, but it is not like she cannot afford to go to the Bahamas as opposed to Texas

As Dannilynn is a minor, decisions for her are made by the biodad. I am thinking California with Daniel's body exumed.

D or her guardian cannot override ANS' choice of where she and D are buried and ANS' choices are fairly crystal clear here.

god I hope not. there's really no reason they should move Daniel's body, at least in my eyes.

the world knows Anna would want to be near him, plus she was trying to actually live in the Bahamas and bought a plot. I guess I don't see what the issue is. did she not have a will or anything?

If anyone appeals this decision they should be publicly flogged. Bury her already, for chrissakes.
