why are there so many "official" threads? who's certifying them? how does one apply to start an "official" thread?

and is there really some kind of a problem - imposter threads, perhaps? - that would make "official" threads necessary?

is it like the fake fleetwood mac band that was touring back in the 70's? maybe FM should have changed their name to "the official fleetwood mac." maybe they should have added some ~*~*~*~'s to make it more ~magickal~?

carrie, I'm sorry but this thread is SO not an official official thread. I mean, if you don't know about the certification process then obviously this one hasn't been certified.

Just days after the mods posted their notice, and here we are again with the Ethan mocking.

This thread is closed. If we see more instances of mocking, maybe we'll just skip the strikes and go right for bannings.

I initially closed this thread because it appeared to be another blatant instance of mocking Ethan.
However, it was brought to my intention that there have been quite a few threads that were deemed "official" lately... only a few of which were posted by Ethan... and that Carrie was merely intending to spoof on that fact.

So, I apologize for overreacting and I'm re-opening the thread.
