Just to clarify - you don't have to explain yourself, I wasn't directing my comment at you, I was just stating my annoyance with the fact that opinions/thoughts/theories seem to be constantly changing about everything we eat. Not just coconut oil, it was just an example. I'm not saying that research should stop, or people should stop trying to increase their knowledge about nutrition. I just find it annoying & tiresome that today something's good for you, then something's much better, then "they" tell you it's all crap, then maybe a little bit is OK, but wait, not this brand, etc. etc. etc. I just wanna eat, man.
I just thought you would want to know, because I thought you had switched to coconut oil. I guess not. If I magically lose bunches of weight from this, I'll be sure not to pass it along.

And I'm sorry all that stuff annoys you.
I just eat, anyways, as I'm sure do you. It's not really a big mystery, fruits and veggies are always good for you, so at least we know that much.

That's really all I remember...I wasn't as invested in that program as I was in SuperNanny
I just watched that again on Sunday.

Ugh. They didn't actually show the chicken slaughter, did they? I was busy watching the non-violent King of Kensington.

You never know. That broccoli is pretty sneaky, it's probably been making us all sick for years.

I don't think so...I was only listening at that point, while playing Jeopardy

These people did not mesh at all, on the update the only thing that stuck was a little garden for the California people....but at the end they were saluting their "urban-ness" lol and I think eating out...

Damn show.

At the grocery store, dillrod. Where do you think?

Yes, you are kicking ass.

I did a lot of cardio this weekend, and for some reason I've been doing hella, hella, hella yoga. I think because my leg hurts like a mofo. Anyway, I've been doing it almost every day.

Smartass much?

It seems like a specialty item. Ain't at Ralphs or Trader Joe's.

I may have to try Whole Paycheck.

Oh, sorry, you are right. I thought you shopped at Whole Foods or somewhere like it already. Not that I don't welcome the opportunity to be a smart ass....also I like the word "dillrod"...

Yeah, they don't have it at Safeway. I get mine at Whole Foods.

well, it took my ass about 3 weeks, but I've managed to lose another 2.4 lbs. I am so close to my goal it's not even funny. if I can lose 10 more, I'll be at my goal, but I'd really like to lose 15. 20 would be pushing it.

I did the boot camp section of The Biggest Loser dvd and lemme tell ya...it kicked ass. extremely difficult to do and I felt it the next day. Bob, the trainer, is so nice to look at and he's funny and motivating. I really like this dvd. on the food front, I've been trying to incorporate the same stuff I used to eat, just in a healthier way. still no fast food...and some bitches came in the breakroom with McDonald's as I was eating my damn Lean Cuisine pizza. I just kept thinking of Supersize Me and that helped me keep from gutting them and running off with the loot.

so far, so good.

Okay, seriously y'all, tomorrow is the day I start back eating healthy and exercising again. I need to lose 40 lbs, hopefully by the summer. I want to be thin, thin, thin. Hm...anyone know where I can get a good tape worm?
