i agree about tina. i loved her during season 1. but each season after that she's become increasingly unbearable. what was with her barging into bette's office last week and shoving her stupid finger in bette's face and screaming about montessory school? christ!

i really like phyllis. i think they're just trying to give a voice/face to a segment of the lesbian community that doesn't get a lot of face time. i'm sure that phyllis isn't the only married middle-aged mother who's realizing she's a lesbian. i'm looking forward to seeing how the deal with that (and by "looking forward" i mean "hiding behind my hands because i know ilene chaiken is going to f it up" ).

Alright, is anyone else less than thrilled with the whole Tasha/Alice storyline? I mean, it might just be because I hate Alice but god those two just annoy me so much. Tasha doesn't want to be Alice's black portal...

because of course Alice didn't date Bette?

Helena and gambler girl were hot this week but I'm a little let down that the gig actually was sleeping with her. I was hoping they were going to have some sort of cute twist to it, more so than just the card game aspect.

As for Jenny, it's getting harder and harder for me to love her. Honestly right about now, I just want to put the show on mute and just stare at Mia the entire time she's on screen. It would make TLW much more enjoyable. "Bette understands the difference between fiction and real life." Right, but clearly you don't, Miss Schecter.

I'm not totally negative about the whole show though, I thought Shane and Paige were great this week. Shane handled the tolerance session (not to mention the parents) beautifully, and how hot was the ending with Page? "We're already done the time, we may as well do the crime" *brief pause* "Yes" *jumps her*

Marry me, Shane McCutcheon. Marry me now.

I got addicted to this show last year while visiting a friend in AZ. She rented everything on DVD and we did a marathon weekend. Now I download off of mininova cause I'm too cheap to pay for Showtime just for this show.

Favorite lines last night...

it was hilarious in its excessive melodrama. laurel holloman has lost all sense of the original character, whose center was kind and giving. i'm glad she's got a backbone, but my god! she's a psycho. and dude, my sleaze-o-meter was off the charts (no pun intended) during her scene with jenny. she fits right into the movie studio world.
