Yes, I agree, it's the change in position from sitting to standing that's killer. Where are you sore? More your quads & hamstrings? If not the inner thigh, perhaps you weren't lunging out wide enough, plus it helps to really concentrate on squeezing the inner thigh muscles when you bring the legs back together.

BBTW - I weighed myself after the great pretzel & ice cream fiasco of 2007, and I'm still steady. Phew.

Dude. My niece is selling candy for Girl Scouts right now. The chocolate covered raisins are to die for. So are the triple layer chocolate malted milk balls. Stupid Girl Scout bitches.

they have GS candy now? you know what, i don't even want to know. i don't like choc. raisins or malted milk balls, so i'm just going to tell myself that all of their candy is gross.

Well today I feel it on my inner thigh, though not nearly as much as I'm feeling it in other areas...quads and hams mainly - and YEA..BUTT!! I love the butt soreness...lol...

So yes, I need to focus more on the movement and on squeezing the inner thigh, I did find some other thigh exercises to try online - so next leg workout I'll do those too....

I swear, I almost said the same thing. Maybe cuz they were shortbread - if they were samoas or tagalongs or thin mints (OK, any kind other than shortbread, really), I'd have the box polished off in a mattter of hours.

The big question is where the hell are you all getting Girl Scout Cookies!?!

ARe they already selling them in your area? Or have you saved them?

My weaknesses are Thin Mints, Tagalongs and um..the coconut/chocolate ones....yum.

The shortbread? I don't actually care for.

i don't know when they were selling them ... i think they were selling them last month or something because they came in the other day. i dunno! my stepdad got them through work.

OMG -- you can't swing a cat around here without hitting a girl scout, her mother and two tag-along friends BEGGING you to buy both the cookies AND the candy!

When my sister was a girl scout (way back in the 70's), she'd drag a huge casefull of cookies up to houses. When she would start her routine, my brother and I would be on our bikes in the street taunting her screaming, "You cant sell any cookies! No one wants YOUR cookies!!".
It worked like a charm. She sold her entire stock in one day.
