You just keep scraping the sauces...but the best hot chocolate molten lava chain restaurant **** cake is at Rainforest Cafe...THE VOLCANO!!! Oh boy...

BTW...why do you hate chilis? That, imo, is like the best chain restaurant...ever!

Ooh...I've never been to a Rainforest Cafe to eat - but now I have an excuse

Why do I hate Chili's? Well the food never much appealed to me, the burgers aren't great and I was always annoyed that I couldn't get American Cheese on my burger

Have I mentioned how picky I am?

Basically though I'm not a big fan of those chain restaurants...Applebees, Chili's, it's all the same to me...though I do have to say I am a fan of Ruby Tuesday's

^ I hate Applebees. I've never had good food there - of course, I've only been there twice, but since I hated it both times I'm not about to go back. Didn't like Ruby's either, but they just opened up a new on here & we had a coupon, so we went. The service was a tad slow, but not a big deal, we didn't complain. For some reason, the waitress offered us the salad bar & a free dessert to make up for it. Like I said, we had no problem with the place, but who am I to turn down free food? I may have to go back to Ruby's.

I prefer TGIFriday's & Chili's.

honest to God...I hate Ruby because I got their most expensive burger it was like the most organic, pure, top of the shelf crap and it must have weighed in at a quarter of an ounce

^^

I've found from experience new restaurants in general are never that good. And I went to a new Ruby's over Christmas break and it was AWFUL. But I hear it's gotten better...

The ones in Rochester were fabulous. Mostly I love the salad bar...I never had their desserts...but I'm sure they're fine.

But Applebees - blah. And it's my grandparents favorite restaurant, so every time I visit them I'm forced to go there...blech.

Just pick one & give your specifics in your post. Please & thanks.
How 'bout "Do you mean what we usually have, or what we would pick if we could have whatever we wanted?" Is that the same as "do I have to pay for it?"? Also, I notice you left beer off the list....

They never did when I used to go. It was Cheddar, Swiss or something else. I'd ask every time - and every time they'd say no American. Maybe enough people complained?

If so I may give them another chance one day - but as Christy can back up - I am a cheese nazi when it comes to burgers - and I do not like cheddar for cheeseburgers....at all.

I rarely eat dessert.
But when I do, it's a toss up between creme brulee or banana's foster.

Damn, that just made me hungry!

I have made bannas foster since I was like ten. I have also made it with a chef at Commander's Palace, where I believe it was created by the Brennans. I LOVE bannas foster as did a friend of mine - so much that he named his sailboat "Bannas Foster"

If you could pick whatever you wanted. Jerk.

And beer is more of a side dish for me, as opposed to a dessert. I suppose I should have put in after dinner drink (amaretto, Frangelico, etc.) or ice wine. Goddammit. Well, pick other people!

Really. Do people make fun of him for misspelling bananas on his boat?

Okay, if I have to choose I'll go with pudding. Only chocolate pudding though. I can tolerate ice cream also, but I don't ever, ever have desert. It's a waste of stomach space when there is all that delicious other food around. I don't really like sweet things.
