Beautiful. I'm going to try it - my leg workout is Thursday - I'll let you know how I feel on Friday

WAIT...stupid question....do you step to the side WHILE squatting...or is it squat, up THEN step....

well, once you're done with your squats with your feet together, you just lift one leg and step to the side into a squat. does that make sense? so, as you're stepping, you're also going into a side squat.

My quads get way too big really easily, I have no clue why. I hate it because then some clothes look odd on me. I still do squats & lunges, I just try to make sure I'm using the glutes more.

I fell from grace big time last night. After a pretty normal day, I came home & ate dinner. Later, I ate 1/2 a bag of Rold Gold cheddar twists. And a bowl of Perry's Panda Paws chocolate ice cream. (I don't know why it's called that, but it's got hunks of chocolate & mini peanut butter cups in it) Well, there's my pig-out for the month, I'm over it.

BTW - I blame my Aunt Flo. That f*cking whore.

I have lost 7 pounds in the last few months. Not great, but not bad either.

The loss has kick started the feeling in me that I really gotta get back on track with diet. After I stopped going WW meetings, I stopped eating all that well, I'm still not awful butI could be a LOT LOT better....

My saving grace has been the exercise - which has allowed me to lose a little while still not eating great. So now my mission is to combine the two (diet AND exercise) but it occurred to me I've never been great with both at the same time...it's always one of the other with me.

So after today (because there are cookies and things lying around for VD) I'm giong to get back to religiously counting points and making better food choices

I'm down another 4 lbs this week. That's 9 lbs in 3 weeks. I've never lost that much that quickly or that easily. The counting points and keeping a food journal has paid off.

Congratulations! Isn't your goal only like 10 pounds or something?

No, 15. I have a feeling though, that the rest will be harder to lose. I'm not going to make the mistake of thinking it will be like this every week and then be disappointed when I only lose 1 lb or lose nothing that week. I am excersing my butt off though, 45 mins. a day 6 days a week on the treadmill. I'll tell you what my saviour has been, the Weight Watcher cakes. I have to have a wee bit of sweet at nite with my tea when I watch tv and the WW cakes are only 1 point and quite good.

Ok...so I did these this morning. I dind't feel it on my inner thigh though..mostly outter...BUT that along with added lunges and I upped my weights...I'm already sore. It's a good sore.

I'm so pumped at the weight loss that I finally saw reflected on a scale that I feel all energized anew...
