I've been trying to start some sort of fitness program for about two months and I have to tell you guys, so far I've absolutely sucked at it. I exercise, sure, but every night at work, I give in to a bag of doritos and a starbucks coffee (Tall Vanilla Mochas and Marble Macchiatos own my life). My goal is to lose five pounds by the end of March but I just don't see it happening until I get some willpower.

Or a job that isn't a 3 second walk from Starbucks.

You can do it and still have room for those drinks...and doritos! Maybe cut back just a bit? Less doritos and smaller sized drinks?

If you're keeping up a regular workout routine and make good choices the rest of the time you can do it!

Well thank you. Like everyone, I know what I should be doing, it's actually going through with it that's hard.

Oh I know, and the baristos are like little dealers, I swear. I used to just get my Vanilla Mocha until the one day, after I've ordered my usual, the girl behind the counter goes, "You know...if you like the way that tastes I bet you'd love..." The rest is Starbucks Addict history.

Oh I hear ya...that's quite a typical thing...I still struggle with it daily...but have really let up on myself - but that's because I have the comfort of knowing that I'm working out everday....

But good luck...

I know! Or even just when they ask if you want more syrup, or extra whatever... Like I'm gonna say no?

Dealer. That's f-in funny. Like you did it on a potholed street in a bad part of town out of a broken down house. Dee, peering out from behind dingy, raggy curtins through a window above a ratty assed sagging porch. Sneaking a peek out to see if any well heeled Starbucks junkies are walking up to the place for a fix. Collars raised, looking side to side to see if anyone sees them sneaking in.
