Reality Show Glut, too many of them. uhh

I wasn't really thinking that TLC and HGTV are "reality" shows. (I watch those all the time also). Still can't make a damn quilt! Some of those decorating shows make me gag. Where do they get some of these designers? Whenever I hear them use the word "Whimsy" I know it is going to look like crap. Some look okay, but I can't imagine anyone actually LIVING with that stuff.

I know. I hate Debbie Travis, and that chick Candice who does Divine Design. I rarely like their stuff, and they're not cool & fun. Not my style.

EVERY SHOW:

Divine Design = Candice = Chico puting in pot lighting = Carpenter adds a bench = candice adds drapes.

Debbie Travis = Picks icky paint color combos = Paints = puts up shelving

Christopher Lowell = adds Fabric on EVERYTHING = gaudy chotkeys = Something made of plywood

Indeed. That clip was horrifying...and actually seeing things like that make me grateful that I don't have cable

Although even if I did have cable I'm sure I'd end up watching nothing but Cosby, GG and X-File reruns...with the occassional Full House thrown in
