Stevie/Chris Isaak Tour starting on West Coast??

According to the very reliable Nicksfix it is.

Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Isn't that unusual though? Don't Stevie/FM tours generally start in the East? I live in the West and was kinda banking on having more time before tickets go on sale. (want my tax return to come first.

)

Do you guys ever remember a tour starting in the West?
