I just looked again, and VH1.com has added "Crystal Visions...The Very Best Of Stevie Nicks" to the cover photo, so now this appears to be the real deal.

Nah... Both pics are from the same period...

Although it would have been cool to have the older Stevie and the current Stevie on it.. But if that were the case, you'd have to put the current Stevie to the front, not the back.

There is NO way! This pic was clearly taken during the Tusk sessions. This was pre-rhinoplasty too!

As I said before, I kinda suspect the photo in the background is of recent vintage. Although it's hard to tell, she's got pronounced labial folds in that background pic, whereas she doesn't have any apparent labial folds in the original 1979 photo shoot.

I think it's amusing that we're such rabid fans that we can identify when certain photos were taken by talking about labial folds and rhinoplasty.
