i've been having lots of sleeping problems, too, lately. past month or so. i think i don't relax enough before i go to sleep (i mostly fall asleep and then wake up 3 hours later, and stay awake until about a half hour before my alarm goes off. except sundays, when i just don't go to sleep at all). it's SO annoying. i'm not angsting, i'm just thinkingthinkingthinking. it's like my mind doesn't turn off. my job has become more high stress, and most nights, i leave pretty keyed up. i think i need to get a yoga dvd.

yeah, did some of that myself this weekend. the worst place in my house is my own bed. depressing as it sounds, it's a good thing no one is sharing my bed right now. i honestly don't mind her fur on my bed - but if i think too hard about it, about how she rooooolls on the ground, it grosses me out. she has recently decided that sleeping beside me isn't enough. i wake up with har face RIGHT in my face - on my pillow. what can i do? totally melts my heart.
