I will end up recording the whole show,just for safety.I will edit out the football crap and Cirque de Soleil, I never heard of them, and I will keep Billy Joel.Hum , she should team up with Prince to do Standback at hafttime.

My thoughts exactly. I don't know why, but I get excited over just the announcers saying her name. I guess it is because any media attention is good attention and the more people hear her name, the better.

yep. if 1 billion people hear the buildup and she delivers a kickass performance, imagine what that could do for her sales.

Dude - and Sandy Mac - I am practically tearing up at the thought of her name announcement, the fact that she was asked to do this show, and the awesomeness that will ensue. I feel so Stevily justified and vindicated. I feel so proud of my girl. She is great, and everyone should realize such. And it appears they have *wipes eyes* Talkin bout my Ayngeyl.

I feel like this really adds good evidence to my theory: "Everybody likes Stevie Nicks!!!"

Thank God we have SOME idea of when her performance will be within that 4-hour span!

I mean, I love football, but I am less than excited about this year's Superbowl. (maybe because my Chargers and Patriots missed out)

My little 5-year-old niece is going to be SO surprised! We are going to my sister-in-law's house (her Mom's) for the Superbowl and my niece is a total Stevie fan. She became one on her own too - just from listening to her music when she has been over our house. No brainwashing required. Isn't that cute?
