Ugh so disgusting. I'm glad that the guy at least turned himself in...but to hit someone with a car and not stop...it's just disgusting. Did the guy make it...were you able to find out how he's doing?

Me? I've just finished filing my taxes...thanks to my cross-country move I'll be getting money back from Fed and CO, but not from NY, I have to pay NY I'm so glad to be out of there...doing my taxes reminded me of how badly I was getting screwed out there....

I talked to today, that man was doing alright at an OKC hospital (The Carnegie Hospital wanted to use a helicopter to fly him to OKC last night, but the weather was bad so he went via ambulance)

For the first time since Führer Bush assumed control of this country we're getting a decent refund and for the first time in a few years we dont have to pay the state of confusion known as OK (It sucks when the Federal 1040 is easier to file than the OK 511).

Regretting not telling Dee to have NYS take an extra $4 or $5 out of each check while she worked here so she wouldn't end up owing them anything.

Working on a Response to a Motion for Summary Judgment - and nervous about it 'cause I've never filed electronically before, and it's mandatory for this particular court.

me too. I wrote him a letter early last week and haven't heard back.

I'm so worried about his feet and how he's doing.

i was thinking about your brother earlier. hopefully that just means he's too busy with things to write. it used to take my brother days to write one letter when he was in basic.

Um.....maybe it's all that Tori you've been listening to. Try something....not so tragic? I love Tori, but sometimes her music makes me want to die.

Yeah...no one else bothered to tell me that either But it's ok - I will get back plenty - and that will cover what I owe NY and I'll still have a nice little chunk to put into savings (after I buy Golden Girls S.5 )

Right now I'm seriously on the verge of tears - it's so damn cold again. We're below zero again, there is a wind chill advisory in effect - the wind chill could drop to around 25 below.

This morning was literally painful. I mean pain. I'm sick to death of it....I miss being warm.

sigh.
