Cool At the moment...

trying to wind down, after being outside in the cold calling an ambulance for a male who had a seisure on his way to church just adjacent to our home. He fell and hit the ground very hard and was bleeding from his head very badly.

The 2 ladies who first stopped to help him were scared, but at least they covered him in a blanket. Someone called the PD but noone called the ambulance, so I did.

Glad to see the guy wasnt hurt that bad...It scared me when they first thought he may have been hit by a car instead of having a seisure (His medicine was nearby with his bible - So some divine intervention may have played itself out.)

Good thing you were there!!! That is awful...! A woman in front of my sister in a grocery store line had a seizure - my sister says the image is still seared into her brain....yikes.

I'm eating my free dinner...I LOVE Public radio pledge drives...I always eat well during them

that I noticed, Because I was on my cellphone with Deb (Had her call when she arrived at work to remind her to check the transmission fluid in the morning) and was in the kitchen when I saw the ladies looking down at something in the street, and I noticed it was a person. So I went out to assist anyway I could (I'm married to a nurse, so I know what to do until the ambulance arrives).

that sometime soon (Literally) that someone will return the favor to me, the cyst in my head is worsening (In other words it is expanding - thus fubarring me in the process. My speech is noticeable now) so chances are increasing I will have a seisure sometime soon.

Hopefully Deb gets the prescription from "Doogie" for the neurotin, because since I ran out the numbness in my head has increased and it is scaring the crud outta me.
