I've never really had a nickname until about 2 years ago. there's not a lot you can do with "michelle" except add numbers to the back of it

Here's a few that my Mom nicknamed me:

"Whitey Ford" (After the NY Yankees great)
Punk
Fart-knocker
"Dinky Shaffer" (Named after a co-worker of my Dad, who was rather vertically challenged - Of course everyone thought I would NEVER be tall, That was until I hit my mid-20's, then I started to grow)

Just remembered a couple that still annoys me:
"Bri"
"Brian Dub" (For my popular initial "W.")
--or even worse--
"B.J." (Obvious sexual innuendo)

All my friends call me Peestie, hence my screen name. I got this nickname 8 years ago. I went to a grammar school and we had a slightly eccentric Latin teacher who would nickname all his pupils (don't know why!) and I became Peestie because it's a combination of my real name, Peter Stitt. It just stuck from them on and everyone calls me it now, even my mum sometimes lol.
