Good God..you were 13!?! Wow....damn.

There are posters on here who I thought were 13 when they started posting-but turned out to be much older - but I don't ever remember you being that young on The Ledge...crazy. Of course I wasn't a big-time poster back in 2000....but still.

I also think it is kind of surprising when you meet a poster in person because some look NOTHING like what you'd think from their posts

That was my experience in Phoenix - my first big Ledgie meeting - since then the picture threads took care of that....

It's still so odd though - I mean seeing Ledgies in the 3D world - and hearing their voices for the first time? It's always a big trip..I love it.

Riss was talking about being 13 in 97, she's 23- the board was taken down in 2000 (hijinks!) and when it was put back up online it was with the format they have now- it was so so weird compared to the old board! But that's why the earliest 'member since' dates are 2000.

i was about to graduate high school at that point. i meant the late 90's when i first began to post.

god, do you remember when we used to just sit and post the most random **** back and forth to one another -- and it would take forever for it to show up sometimes? those were the days -- pure insanity. at that point, the entire ledge itself was one big chat room about everything and anything. i'm fairly certain i still have a copy of the keepers list

I am such a loser, I was in Shanhai and would go on The Ledge while waiting for my possee -- I think that is why I am gone a lot from the Rose Gypsy thread.

Oh, I totally remember. We had so much fun. God, the keepers list- remember Adrienne from Las Vegas? She was crazy. We had so much fun coming up with the stupidest things to keep. I'm pretty sure that I was the Keeper of Stevie's Coke Spoon.
