I really like Jessica Leigh. I have a suspician she likely lurks here.

Remember when we first met Chicago at, I think Banana Republic on Michigan Ave. We were like - I GOTTA GO SMOKE!!!!!! Actually, I have a picture of that somewhere Then, happening in on that steakhouse where La Nicks had recently eaten and then having LARGE fruity drinks and discussing finances, which could have been greatly helped by spending less on booze and cigs - NOT good times indeed.
That was wonderful. That only 3 months after he passed, and I know I looked like hell. Looking back at the pics I have of us then, I really did look like ****. Anyway, we'll have to do it again sometime dear.

I joined to see who was going to go to the Live In Boston Taping in 2003. After that, I didn't post for a few months (I posted a lot on the old Buckingham/Nicks forum for the longst time) and just all of sudden started posting here. The rest is history.

I had been reading here a good while before actually joining. I LOVED Dissention's posts and I loved the political debates and the good liberal spirit overal with the occasional righty thrown in to keep things... funny? Interesting?

Have not been that interested in the FM music for the past 15 years but love the personalities here in the ChitChat forum And feel right at home, you guys are a great and welcoming and intelligent and witty bunch.

And, to think Brian really only started SW because The Ledge closed for a brief period of time for, I believe, maintanence. I still go to SW, but not as much anymore. I really like Brian though and think his site is great. I also think he got tired of people attacking him here about the boots, for which we ALL owe him a HUGE THANK YOU!!!!!

Aww...I always really liked her...she's a great gal...

Man...I just realized I have one picture of a Ledgie gathering in Phoenix - I think only three or four of the people pictured still post...

Still - there's not a lack of great new posters/members...so it all evens out I guess

I still kind of get nostalgic about the 2004-2005 time period, it just kind of seemed that all of the major posters at the time jelled well and liked each other, and also disagreed with each other quite a bit. But it was all a lot of fun, mainly because thats when I really started posting. I do remember doubling my post count in the original picture thread, and the loooooooong drawn out threads involving trolls, politics, name calling, and other perverted conversations and acts.

Sara was like 2 I remember standing on Michigan Ave. blowing a butt (er I mean ) and thinking you were like the strongest human being on the planet for being able to hang out and laugh with people you did not really know. But, I guess music really does heal.

Nancy's chat room was a FUKCING BLAST - people used to say some crazy shiitte in there. Then, trying to do four private conversations and keep up with the main posts was a little like herding kittens

She was 4.

Blowing what butt?? Smoking?? haha!

I felt like ****, but I was having a great time for a moment. I needed that trip at that exact moment. I was worried that you all we're going to think I was nutty. I swear, I looked like hell.

Music really does heal, but you have to understand that I have a real hard time listening to SYW anymore because it takes me right back to that time of my life.
