I watched Y&R from around 1990 until 2000. I think it's hilarious that when I see it now, or read blurbs about it, it's pretty much the same people & same stories.

Bold & the Beautiful too. Although Hunter Tylo (Taylor on B&tB) looks scary as hell now with all the work she's had done.

Now. All My Children. Mom used to watch it when I was young. My best memories are Nina & Cliff, Tad & Jenny, Angie & whatever his name was. Was it Jenny who died in the tragic jetski accident? Poor Jenny.

I don't watch any daytime soaps now.

Yeah, I watch it though sometimes it's hard to stomach. I've been watching it since it premiered on my birthday many years ago. Right now the only reason I watch it is Michael E. Knight (Tad). I go home for lunch everyday from work at the time it comes on, so I do catch some of it. (And I let my dog out.) They really need some new writers. They dumped Brooke without even giving her a proper send-off. They introduce new characters that no one really cares about. (I'm hoping the serial killer gets Babe & her mother & a few others at this point.) Their new transsexual character is boring. He or she with Bianca is hard to watch. You rarely see the veterans anymore. Oh, yeah, maybe during some holidays. I could go on, but as you can tell, I'm pretty disgusted with AMC, well, actually all the soaps on ABC in general. They are just going downhill. They've been on forever; maybe they are just running out of good material.

lol. you hatin on Babe?! I actually like Babe. I agree Zarf is boring. my whole lunch crew is tired of AMC, but we keep watching. and you said exactly what we said...they need new writers.

Tylo looks horrible. I was never a Taylor fan, though, always a Brookie.

I guess not that many people followed that show or it would still be around, no? I've seen a few Chinese soaps I almost started to get into, maybe the subtitles (Cantonese and English) got in the way for me? There should be an international soap channel, it would be great! But then I'd also want a Gong Show channel and a baby animal channel without th babies ever being in danger from predators, and an old kiddie shows only channel, and...

I watched that show since the 70's and I remember the beginning of the Erica/Brooke feuds! poor Brooke always got Erica's castoffs!

My fave couples from the past were Tad/Dixie, and Erica/Jackson, Erica/Dimitri, Erica/Jackson (LOL!) Heck I just like Erica no matter who shes with! MEOW!

I also watched One Life to Live and got all into those characters as well

Something with Zach is very fishy. But I'm sure he wasnt involved in the murders cause that would be too obvious. Did anyone catch Jonathan calling the credit card company when that guy left it at Confusion? Very interesting!

the scenes of her and JR broke my heart. mother/son relationships always get me.

I'm really ready to see who the Satin Slayer is. there are so many theories out there. Del. Del and Di. Amanda. Jonathan. Annie/Greenlee. Zach. Kenny.

I still think it's Zach.
