The Golden Globes

[mikeschmike]

I was so bored by last night. The highlights were Ugly Betty/America Ferrara, all of the wins for Dreamgirls, Prince getting his deserved applause, and Beyonce's million dollar fake ass smile. Loved J-Lo and Drew's outfits, and Salma was rockin' the white. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous. Oh, and Hugh Laurie's speech was cracking me up.

Everything else was a snoozer. The walking corpses (oh yes Cam, I'm talkin to you) the long winded speeches, etc. I hope the Oscars are a little less predictable and a little more fun. The Globes have gone tragically downhill since Dick Clark quit running it.

Oh, and why the hell was there 3-4 shots of Rene "lemon sucker" Zellweger in every segment of the show? Her face bugs me, and I had to look at it all night.
