Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh...those pictures...... LOL! That is what makes me go to multiple shows. That face, those eyes.... Er, ahem, yah, article, article good...

Seriously though, I guess that means no solo tour behind the new album? That seems a little strange. However, oh well...if there even is another new album, that's enough for me!!! And, July huh??? Hey Linds, it warms up up here around about May or so... *hopeful eyes*

Ten shows. Ten thousand miles. My favorite song in the setlist. Hugs, kisses, and handshakes. Heaven.

I'd love to hear that forthcoming new album in its entirety. And he's probably right in his decision not to rush it and have it ready in 2008. He still got great songs in the archive with great electric guitar parts like:

-Deep Dense
-Twist Of Fate
-Given Thing
-Gotta Get Away
-Shuffle Riff
-Wear You Down (Steve's Riff) - which Steve is that by the way?
-and not to forget the former workingtitle song Gift Of Screws

And it was great news to hear that he's working again with Rob Cavallo. They did a very good job on Lindsey's Say You Will tracks.

But I hope he doesn't listen to the label guy who says "Try not to oversaturate the market", because that is nonsense which translates "your last disc sold low units and you should give us a chance to make up for the losses by giving your fanbase a chance in buying other artists' records from us, maybe a best of disc by some really well selling guy or something." whereas the fanbase surely would appreciate to bring the new album to the charts. Labelheads say one thing one day and the next thing on the other day.

Well, I agree on Cavallo's good work, but where did you read that he will work again with him as a producer?
Did I miss it?

I remember reading an interview with Lindsey online at the time of the 2006/2007 tour announcement where he said he would go into the studio with Rob Cavallo later in the year 2007. Unfortunately, I cannot supply you with a link right now, because I forgot which publication it was.
