Has anyone bought anything from this website? Is this Barbara woman to be trusted?

I just found out, that, unknown to me, my brother, trying to do something nice, bought me something from her for Christmas and it still hasn't arrived despite her charging extra money for postage from him.

I'd have advised against buying from this site had I known, but I'd just like to know if he was ripped off.

Anyone have any clue?

This type of thing has happened before with her. I think some people get their stuff, and some don't. I believe she posts on SW as Timeless Barbara?

I never got DVDs from her.

It's not a huge deal... I sent her a concert or two as a gift, and she offered to send me something back. That was last Christmas. I got nothin'!

My husband bought me a crescent moon necklace from her two Christmases ago. She sent it in a beautiful handmade bag-type thing, and also sent some photos and a demo/bootleg CD- unexpected. So, I have had great dealings with her.

I have ordered from her, and got a lot of extra stuff. She does post on SW as do I. Just from getting to know her thru the forum, I would have to think that she would not intentionally rip anyone off. She always seems eager to please her customers.

Was this some kind of a trade? Please let me know what I was supposed to send to you, sometimes I get things in the mail with no note, and I do a LOT of trades, and unless there is a note or eMail for contact, I have no idea what the trade was....Please let me know, and I will get whatever we had agreed upon to you, my eMail is [email protected].

I do my very best to please my customers, and THANK YOU for your compliment. I have never ripped ANYONE off who purchased from my Enchanted Mirror store, or my eBay store. I have over 3,000 positive feedbacks from happy customers. If you purchase from me, you get exactly what is offered, granted, custom items may take 4-6 weeks to create and ship, but this is clearly stated in all listings and the store.

I have not, I have only heard this from other people, more than one, who attempted to get things but did not. That is why I used the caveat "I think" - because my info is not personal, but from friends. Perhaps I could have also said "I've heard from more than one person...".
Anyway, everyone, it didn't happen to me, friends told me it happened to them, so take it as second hand news.

Thank you. I can personally guarantee that no one has ever paid me for an item and not received it, EVER. If you can, please have your friends contact me, at [email protected] if they have had any problems with orders, etc.
I do my very best to make all of my customers happy, and I know for a fact, that no one has ever not gotten their item. Please have them contact me, so I can know what they were not pleased with, that is why I run this business, to offer unique items and make the customer happy.

hello..I have to say something to this thread...I have done business with Barb on Ebay and from Enchanted Mirror and have been more than happy with the special attention she pays to each order! and any questions she has answered right away..Perhaps what your brother ordered you had to be custom made or ordered?? and perhaps Barb's supplier is behind on orders? Just pointing out that any or all of these things can and do happen..
I think the best thing would be is to have your brother contact her with his order number and let her clear things up for you..I am sure she will be happy to answer his inquiry...

You are exactly right, and I do order my custom jewelery from a jeweler, who, right now, is behind from the Holidays, and there is a delay on my Moons and Pyramids until the beginning of Feb.
I hope she, or her Brother, will write to me, and let me know exactly what the item is, and then I can find out why there is the delay. Custom clothing takes 4-6 weeks, as do some of the jewelry items. Custom made Stevie dolls can take 6 or more weeks, due to custom items having to be created, clothing, shoes, etc.

No, it's ok, honestly.

I actually don't have much interest in a Stevie Vegas dvd anymore... I can't even remember what it was I sent you. Maybe the Mirage and Midnight Special shows? Something like that. Anyway, no worries!
