I posted these photos already in the "Pics of My Town" thread, but I'll share them here, too. I took them while taking a walk along the creek near my house.

A turkey vulture sunning itself in a eucalyptus tree.

And a red-shouldered hawk resting in a gnarled old oak tree.

These are my nieces and nephew who I adore. When Katie, the second to the oldest, couldn't pronounce "Bruce", I suddenly became "Uncle Goose".

They are really cute kids. This picture was taken in November at our ranch.

Lisa! I had no clue you were a grandma! He's adorable. As for kitty, beautiful coloring. Maybe she'll end up looking like Mrs. Bouvier:

Random pictures? I'm always up for that!

This is a picture of the Boise Library that I took for a friend. she didn't believe that the sign said 'LIBRARY!' in big letters, so I had to prove her wrong. Every time we drive by it I crack up.

^ They felt an exclamation point was needed, huh?

What flavor are those margarita's?

Chocolate fountain in Vegas - I think it was somewhere in Bellagio:

I'm a very young Grandma to 6. My husband is 11 years older than me with 3 sons.

Mrs. Bouvier is beautiful! They do look very similar with their markings. I still have her but haven't named her yet. I just know somebody is going to claim her....

You think?!? Didn't we stand in front of it in awe for like, 10 minutes? Trying to devise various ways that we could become one with it?

Lisa, your grandson is adorable and I always love cat pics.
