lol. copy the pic you want to use, then view the folder's info (apple+i or right click, etc). click on the icon folder at the top, then hit apple+v to paste.

awesome. I just changed a lot of them. thanks!

how would I change things that stay in the dock, with the exception of things like Safari, etc....I got those, but like Finder and Trash Can and System Preferences?

i don't remember how to change those, although i remember running into a roadblock ... hmm. something to research.

okkkkk, if i'm going to be going back to school in the fall, it's time to start saving up for a new computer. of course it'll be a mac.

jaz, you have an imac, right? what size/speed/etc did you get? are you happy with what you got?

I have an iMac G5...as far as speed, etc...lord, I don't remember. but I'll look it up and let you know.

I am extremely happy. I would've gotten a laptop is the only thing I would've done differently.

sweet. i did the whole laptop thing, now i have a broken laptop ... i think i need something sturdier. i'm glad you're happy with your imac - i was thrilled with my old one (the original model), so i'm glad they're still awesome. hopefully they'll have some back-to-school specials come august.

btw, i need to stop going to ourchart.com. i made the mistake of watching ilene chaiken's video blogs ...

bad move.

This is a cool plugin for Itunes that searches for local shows based on your music library.


I am in love with it already! No more searching each venue and local calendars to find shows. http://www.iconcertcal.com/

Nope, but I did get a Macbook for College and totally love it. It has basically changed the way I look at computers.
