speaking of wicked reactions to self.

I was trying to pop my elbow (gross, I know) and I noticed a little more definition in my bicep. and absolutely no jiggle whatsoever. I didn't have much to start with, but now my arms are more toned. hot.

Which is pretty much the reason why my "full length mirror" is really only a half length mirror, showing only from my head to my hips...
