I lost 2 lbs over the holidays. I had a dream chocolate is a weight loss food. Maybe there is something to that. I'm down to 149.5. Something about getting under 150 has me pumped. Maybe it's the boys tongues beginning to wag? Now I sound like strand! He's rubbed off on me.

I thought you were under 150 a long time ago. how tall are you?

Anyway, congrats. I, too, revel in being under 150. Haven't seen anyone's tongue wag, though. I mean, not any more than before.

I can't wait to be under 150...congrats...you're in a "new decade" as they say in Weight Watchers

I haven't weighed myself in months...and I'm not going to until my pants stop fitting (in a good way) and my "fat pants" don't count..but I'm thrilled I can't wear those anymore.

I skipped the gym this morning because I had to take Clancy to the vet - but with a Friday and Saturday workout I'll still get 5 days in

I woke up this morning in a lot of pain. Guess after 3 weeks off from the "couch to 5K" runnin plan I shouldn't have just started back up where I left off. Ooops.

It's just muscle soreness. But it was enough for me to not work out this morning. That, and I feel like hell. Sore throat, "cloudy" head, weak....blah. I hope I can kick this before it develops into real "sick."

Right...Suze being under 150=goood - you're a good height...

Me? That's still big because I'm 5'1'' My saving grace is I carry weight ok - it distributes pretty evenly so I don't have like a huge gut and little legs....though in this last round of weight gain my ass really did get bigger than it's ever been....like Sir Mixalot has become my hero

^ That's one thing I'm thankful for. I'm pretty much an hourglass figure. There's a lot of sand in the bottom half of it, but still. Plus, the good news is that we're at lower risk for heart disease than people who carry their weight on their top half.

That IS good news I have been hearing/reading a lot of things about people with big guts and such - I'm so thankful (more for vanity reasons than health ones) that I've avoided the big gut.

Right on, bootylicious girls rock!

Since I carry all of my weight in my butt I always look 10 - 15 lbs lighter than I really am. Except maybe from a straight on the butt vantage point.

Ohhh. Yeah, I keep being confused by your weight because when I saw you you looked pretty small.
Anyway, carry on with that whole awesome weight loss thing.

are you bored with that yet? cause I am. I feel like if I could alternate the music I'd be ok.

I've been pretty static...no gain, no loss.

I watched YOU: On A Diet last night and thought about what they talked about all night and this morning I was reading the paper and their book is number one. kinda odd...anyway, their whole thing is to focus on waist and not weight. they say men should be at 35 inches or less and women should be at 32.5 or less to be healthy. they also say if a product has more than 4g of sugar per serving don't eat it. if a product has any type of enriched flour or hydrogenated anything in the first 4 ingredients, don't eat it. I read a ****load about them today, but it's all so confusing. I'm just gonna stick to what I've been doing cause it works. I got The Firm Fat Burning Cardio with resistance band for Xmas that I've been using. I also got a juicer that I'm gonna start using. I only have about 20 pounds left to go! yay. I want it gone by March, but I'm not putting too much pressure on myself.

y'all have all done really good. we are gonna be so svelte for summer!
