almost 3 a.m.

part of it's probably conditioned ... but even when i have to consistently be up early, it's still a struggle. i did before school child care for a year, and i had to be up at 5 a.m. every morning, and it was impossible to fall asleep before 11 no matter what. i think some people are just predispositioned to be night owls.

3 a.m. and you have to be at work by 10 you is crazy girl...

I find that I wake up at around 7 a.m. every morning, regardless of the time I went to sleep, because I have been conditioned to get up at that time for work - I guess thats basically the same thing

Unhappy Watching a disturbing...

doctumentary on the "Doctumentary Channel" entitled "Waco: The Rules of Engagement", which is the best doctumentary about David Koresh & the Branch Davidians.

All I can say is I trust our government even less and hate them even more (The audio transcripts between the ATF/FBI & those inside Mount Caramel is very disturbing to hear.)

I'm surprised that a certain Branch Davidian supporter who arrived in Waco was not shown, though his footage was shown to the OKC TV stations after his arrest - That person was Tim McVeigh.

Sick, absolutely sick...

word to that. I'm horrible about sleep, for instance it's 1 and I know I should go to sleep soon, because I work at 9. I don't feel the least bit tired though, and know I'll probably be up until 2 or 3

Its the worst when you can't sleep - it throws you out of kilter for the whole day

Good luck!
