Erm just found out WHY it's so f**ing loud next door. I decided to knock and aske them to shut the f**k up. There are no less than 10 children over there!!! ALL sreaming and playing with loud toys while the big-screen tv blares in the background.
As suspected not one person spoked English so I kept pointing at the TV and doing a downward motion  I don't think they got it....seemed pretty clueless and it's still loud. F**k.

WooHoo!!! Cinco DeMayo has left the building. The people next door left. I swear - I was out walking Clancy and I witnessed the mass exodus myself. How they crammed so many people into one little apartment is beyond me....but all is peaceful and quiet now....
