Then why state that he is not accomplishing what he wants to if he keeps playing it, put it in the spotlight on album, tour and promotion? I just don't see why one will question that. The most strong case has the one that states, that he reaches his goal, because he hasn't changed his plans. Sounds reasonable, no?

I don't know about that, but he has been playing the beginning of the song differently for promo appearances it seems. I can't remember that other show he was on but he did it then too. For some reason he doesn't play the beginning like he does on the album and at the shows. Weird.

Just saw it. Tears. Linds is so impactful live. That song is so much better for me when i see him do it. And I like it okay on the album, too.
It cuts pretty close, his real meaning isn't obfuscated by anything, it is just plainly personal. Obv, the whole album is astonishingly so, but i guess I just wanted to say it again.
