Oh, those are awesome pictures. I love snow like that.

Well, I normally love snow like that. However, I am going to be TOTALLY screwed trying to make it home for Christmas. I have to drive from Chicago to Kansas City, and was planning on driving five hours from here to Des Moines tomorrow night, then the last three or four hours home on Saturday morning. Of course the snow's going to be awful in Iowa right as I'm leaving, and I think it'll take about seven or eight hours to get there.

Oh well. It'll be pretty.

There's a lot of people around here who could probably use that right now. I watched the ten o'clock news last night and they had just finished getting everyone off the Boulder turnpike including a group who had been stuck in traffic on an RTD bus since about noon. I really feel for the people that are stuck at the airport.

Don't you worry. I'll be out there later, if only to dig a path to my trash cans.

Thumbs up Awesome pics!!

Awww....that looks gorgeous! I'd love to be in that situation just once in my life. Here in Texas, we are lucky to get freezing rain. You should have seen us back on Valentine's Day 2004 (I think it was)...we got...wait for it...2 inches!!! OMG!! LOL It was beautiful.

Is that the cat's paw print in that one pic of the backyard? Hee!

Mine too, my house was built in '48. Mostly capes here though. And I agree that house across the street is beautiful.

The Victorian on the right is really cute. The rooms are just like a little doll house's. And it's got a fireplace too.

I think so. I'm not sure which one of them it belongs to though.

Apparently one of them took that hesitant first step and that was all.

My Snookie Cookie (the most embarassing pet name I can think of) will be joining me on this voyage. Let's pray for him. And his ability to remember the names of 30-40 members of my family on Christmas Day.
