I'm actually at my best in the middle of the afternoon, but I am not a night person at all. I have trouble sleeping once the sun comes up, so even if I go to bed at 4am, I will wake up if it's light outside, unless the windows are blacked out or something.

Once it's dark out, I start winding down. I make a horrible gay guy, really. It's one of the things that makes going to clubs such a nightmare for me. After about 11pm, I can usually barely hold my eyes open, and if I'm not in a place where I can readily get to sleep, I'll get real cranky, real fast.

Unfortunately, with my bf's schedule, he doesn't get home from work until after 8pm, so he isn't ready for bed until at least 11pm. But I think I'm going to have to start going to bed no later than 10pm so I can get up at about 6-6:30am, and he will just have to get over it.

I, on the other hand would make a fabulous gay guy, considering I could stay out all night and not even bat an eye. I'm on my own schedule most of the time... get up anywhere from 11-12 unless I've gotta be somewhere, then I stay up really late to compensate. It kinda sucks, since I can't get a lot accomplished during "regular people" hours. So I basically hit my stride around this time of night.
