Stevie told us TWICE....what goes on in Vegas stays in Vegas. However, I think too many hints have been dropped that some stories need to be told...rumors need to get started. That is how songs are written, after all.

I've already written about my fascinating conversations with the band:

Rickypt to Waddy: "Excuse me"
Waddy to Rickypt: "Sure"

Rickypt to Lori: "That was a wonderful show, thank you so much"

I don't think I would have been shy. But then it is comfortable talking to a big group of guy musicians if you are a girl.

It's kind of weird to think about the fact that Stevie's whole band was out having fun and stuff. I mean, the weird part is, is Stevie just sitting by herself in her fabulous hotel room? I wonder if she wishes she could go out and party a little after her show with her band? I hope she has something enjoyable going on, whatever she is doing. I wouldn't want to think of her all lonely in her room or anything, while her band ditched her...

At this moment he is probably somewhere over Georgia heading home. We stayed out a little late Friday night and he "over-slept" (personally, I don't remember his alarm going off)....so he stayed an extra day. I'm sure he'll be around tonight or tomorrow.

The drunker I got, the more I started wondering out loud when she was going to show up. As if. We figured she was doing something with Sharon. But yeah, I thought that also...maybe Stevie would like to hang out after the show but there's just no way she's going to mingle with the public like that.

Hmm. Well, that certainly doesn't do anything to counteract the general feeling of being "over" Stevie that I've had the last year and a half.

Ooh yeah, on a hopeful note, he did say he's been talking to her about "mixing it up a bit". Whether that means adding new songs, or just changing the order of the existing set is up for debate...

I can so see it. Then if I was there, I would've joked about "oh, soon, she just has to change into her sweats" and "Look! *pointing* There she is!" or "She's probably out getting all you can eat steak and shrimp for $9.99!"

Then we would've talked about what kind of drink we should buy her when she gets there...and other totally stupid but somehow hilarious things

Perhaps Curtie filled in, I've heard he's an expert at stupid hilarity. *loves*.

Yeah, I kind of thought of that. It is too bad no one from the band said "oh, Stevie is doing such and such". You know, because it is none of our business but we are totally dying to know anyways?

She probably went to one of those VIP rooms to gamble. They probably gave her a roll of money to play with.
