I can barely drink beer the regular way (not a big fan) but to have it poured down my throat? Yikes!

im serious! It is SO much easier than you think. I thought "there is NO fukcing way" but it goes so quick you dont even realize it. Easiest beer i ever drank

Well I was just thinking if it's in a tube that goes pretty much straight down there's probably not a whole lot of time to taste the stuff...

Still, I prefer hard liquor to beer..it gets the job done quicker and tastes better to me

yeah, those are insane. i've read that you're not supposed to drink energy drinks in conjunction with alcohol b/c the energy drinks drastically increase the effects of the alcohol ... i just say it's the cheap way to get wasted.

I like straight alcohol better than beer and wine, I feel like I can manage the buzz better. I am a fan of the Manhattan, and also Black Russians.

The last time I let myself get super wasted on alcohol, I was visiting a bartender (in his club) who had flirted with me in my bar the night before. He kept making me these super-strong drinks, and all I remember is heading for the bathroom on rubber legs, and then stumbling out onto 11th st and hailing a cab. I believe I had to nearly crawl up the stairs to my apt. I didn't even say goodbye. But that was 15 years ago.
I almost never drink to excess now, the pleasure is not really worth the pain;
however, I *am* heading over to the cabinet now for some holiday cheer. I think I will make a hot toddy.

That's quite reminiscent of the last time I drank lol...I had many strong drinks (at the 1 hour open-bar) and was flirting with a male friend (or maybe more) then I felt "iffy" went to the bathroom....then just left without telling anyone...I got a frantic call from my friends wondering where I was....

I was at home coughing up all of my internal organs.

I have not gotten drunk since

Yeah, the misery is hard to forget-the endless dizzy crawl up the grungy Lower Haight steps was a low point for me.
That bartender was really cute, so I was pretty embarrassed, but we got together later anyway.
See, the problem with his drinks was that they were mixed, and I was lulled by the candy. That's why I say I like to sip somthng straight and strong, cuz it slows me down.
