I've had three interesting/weird dreams involving Stevie.
In the first one, I was in a - uhm - hallway - kind of an industrial/school-like one - tile floors, etc. - with a lot of doors up and down it. I went in to one room and saw a bunch of famous people sitting at a long table. Stevie was over in the corner with two or three other women - they were holding glasses and talking and laughing and having a grand old time. (they were probably supposed to be Lori N. and Sharon C.) I walked over to the table and was handed some sheet music and told that if I wanted to sit down, I had to sing it, and sing it well! Uhm, one tiny little problemo, I can't sing to save my LIFE! I was about to try anyway. Stevie walked over quickly and grabbed the sheet music out of my hand kind of quickly - an exasperated sigh might definitely have been involved - and quickly went about singing it for me. She then quickly thrust the papers back into my hands and walked back to the corner without saying a word. I then sat down across from Mick, and he gave me a Meaningful Look as if to say, "Okay kid, you get to sit DOWN, but let's see if you have what it takes to STAY!..."In the second dream, Stevie was simply filming a new video. It was supposed to involve a roller coaster. So Stevie and a whole bunch of "extras" were lined up in rows and columns, and they showed a roller coaster on a big screen in front of everyone. (As if a camera was in the front of the first car and the cars were moving on the roller coaster, like you see often on TV.) They simply played Stevie's "new song" in the background, and everyone, including Stevie, had to lean to the left and right, according to both the beat of the music and which direction the roller coaster was turning. Not exactly "alert Ted Koppel" stuff, I know..... The third seemed a little "deeper." Stevie was at a big awards ceremony (one where the stage looked kinda crappy and crowded and everyone had to sit in metal folding chairs, including Stevie. ) Everyone on stage was facing towards the right side of the stage, which was strange all by itself. They finished the awards ceremony, and everyone left from both the audience and the stage - except for Stevie and me. She just sat there, with her legs crossed at her ankles, staring at the stage floor and looking very tired and sad. After a little bit, An Older Man came out and held her coat open for her. He looked kind of like a "tough guy" and was kind of big - maybe a retired banker or something. Stevie stood up and he helped her to put her coat on, and then they both literally exited stage left. Then my Mom came out and sat next to me, and told me that they were starting the party downstairs and I was going to miss it. I asked her if she thought Stevie would be there and she looked at me and said, "I don't think so, no. . . ."And that was the whole thing! ![]() Last edited by Ghost_Tracker; 11-28-2006 at 12:23 AM..
