It'll rock your world...I love the Creatives!! Have you looked into the 8GB? They're not that much more expensive...but the Zen is also great...

I LOVE my Creative

^ I'm starting off small. Let's see if I can handle this one first, then I'll debate one with more memory.

I ended up getting it on Amazon - about the same price as Walmart, plus I got approved for their Visa so it's $30 off!

Shhh!! Don't mention Wal-Mart...it's my one big hypocrisy in life

Yeah - Amazon is pretty comparable...and the Amazon visa - a couple of friends have it - it's a great card

It's really inspiring.
I've watched all three seasons of The Biggest Loser. It's a great show, but my God do they have some ****y broads this year. Kai is the worst of course. I don't like Heather much, either. Erik annoys me also. He's a big whiny baby that should have been voted off a long time ago. Hmmm. Come to think of it, I don't like anybody this season. I would like to see one of the people that didn't start out in the house win, though. Show those personal trainers that you can do it without them.

^ ITA. I'm really rooting for that college chick who came back from home.

I liked Pam OK, but the other broads bug - Kai especially. OMG, when they brought the people back from home? And she started her "Um no, uh-uh, no, I don't think so, nope, no, mm-mm, no, no way, no, uh-uh" I wanted to beat her throught the television.

There have been so many instances when I wanted to beat her through the television - to the point where I had to stop watching I seriously loathe her.

I really can't say that any of the other girls annoyed me -nor did any of the men - pretty much it was all Kai. Stupid whore Kai.

still going strong. I'm kicking up my exercise routine to run a little longer. I'm walking/running at least 2.2 miles and doing weights 3 times a week. I've lost 1.6 pounds...even after not doing so great over the weekend. 9.4 to go by end of the year and then another 10 by March and I will be at my goal!

I kicked my ass at the gym this weekend so I feel great. Although I otherwise didn't do a damn thing.

^^

Me too! I had some of the best workouts yet this weekend And this morning - I almost got lazy and didn't go - but I made myself - did another 45 minutes of cardio

I'm definitely feeling the results - and I am down 2 pounds since leaving WW and stepping up the gym-going

I don't know how many of you are doing squats, but lemme tell ya. they work. my ass has gotten so tight and in shape, it's insane. even my undergarments (I hate the word underwear) fit better.

as an update on my routine, here's what I do.

diet:
breakfast - some sort of Kashi protein bar
snack - small bag of pork skins or apple and peanut butter
lunch - some sort of Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice, etc.
snack - small bag of pork skins or some type of fruit
dinner - sandwich and small bag of chips or another frozen healthy meal or soup or chicken and salad
late snack - one piece of dark chocolate (not every day)

exercise:
arms, chest, back, legs, butt - 3 times a week
cardio - 4-5 times a week
yoga/pilates/flexibility training - 1-2 times a week

fyi, my current cardio program is walk at 4.0 for 5 minutes, run at 5.0 for 2 minutes, walk at 4.0 for 2 minutes, run at 6.0 for 2 minutes, walk at 4.0 for 2 minutes, run at 5.0 for 2 minutes, walk at 4.0 for 2 minutes, run at 6.0 for 2 minutes, walk at 4.0 for 2 minutes, run at 5.0 for 2 minutes, walk at 3.7 until I reach 2.5 miles - it's a variation on the Couch to 5K's Week Two plan.

how is your back?

don't rush it. hopefully, you'll be up to speed soon and can get back to it. I know it's hard to.
