I'm thinking about it. I'm kinda partial to Imperial Palace....it's right across from Caesars......

I'll let you know.

I swear they put something in that buffet to make you full fast. I literally did not have the urge to eat again until I was back in New York (about 8 hours later). And I only ate 4 stuffed shells.. strange, huh?

Oooh, the Wynn. Strandie and I discussed the Wynn last time but it was their opening week and we thought if it wasn't finished on time we'd be SOL. Please do let me know about the Wynn. The outside is gorgeous. That's all I've seen of it.
Have fun in Vegas and win big!

I'm curious why the only seats I've seen come up are in Orch sections 2 and 5. I wonder if they are holding the center sections for epicurean donors or something?

I stayed at the Augustus Tower last fall. All it took was a wink (and a tight T-shirt ) to get upgraded . Although I'm more of a "modernist" in my decor, I have to admit that it was quite fab. The bathroom alone was the size of my apartment.

I don't understand the fascination with expensive hotels. No matter how cool the furniture or how big the rooms when you get down to it it's just another room full of other people's bacteria and pubic hair.

...but if it's in a fancy hotel, you have the possibility of having a celebrity pubic hair on the floor or strain of bacteria on the door handle. SCORE!

no way sparky ... paris doesn't f*ck around with those kid diseases anymore. she's cultivating her own brand-new diseases ... it's like a petri dish down there.

Indeed... I could say that I caught TISL-itis from Stevie during her ill-fated 2001 tour!

For me it's all about location, comfort and quiet, and, um... if I'm traveling for business. Can you say, Corporate AMEX?!!!
