I love her in the flowy skirts too. I think Stevie looks better in the taller boots. Would looked great with that short skirt but the shorter boots are in style now. I actually watched Oprah yesterday and liked the Cole Haan boots Oprah was wearing. Stevie should get a pair of boots like those if she doesn't have them already. She would look great in them.

Thanks for the review and the great pics! But I need a better shot of the skirt before I cast my vote. Love the length though, in the shot hugging Bette, it looks kinda layered.

And I'm all for Stevie embracing her inner and outer witchyness. F*ck the holy rollers that spread stupid rumors.

Hey, at least we have a message board with a lot of traffic. More than one. I tried hunting down a decent Bette Midler forum last night for two hours...no luck. And he scores points for saying Ms. Nicks looks stunning and just plain fabulous.

I guess I'm in the minority that thinks the flowy layer skirt actually flatters her figure. oh well. at least she rocked.
I prefer the longer skirt. The shorter length looked a little matronly to me with the normal sequined top. I also think longer boots would have looked better with the short length, but the outfit DID show off her great legs.

Jimmy Paxton was on drums. Brett and Taku flew in for the show and were flying out the next morning to play with Lindsey in Phoenix. I can't believe I forgot to add earlier that Lori was singing back up (in addition to Sharon and Jana).

4 back-up singers? Damn.

You think Stevie feels bad and just keeps them all? 2 would suffice. I am glad to hear the Steinster is back!

Thanks for the report, the setlist and the photos.

I have definitely a dumb moment, when did Mindy come back to sing backup vocals?

Romy

Um, no. I had the dumb moment. Sharon and JANA. I think I'll go back and edit that. Sorry to get anyone's hopes up.
