I prefer "Under the Skin"

ITMT is a bore - I like the songs, but I cannot handle the album all in one sitting. UTS is just so much more interesting

If this were SW, I'd be giving you Karma for that one.

It's not often that we agree on anything music related.

Well, you could always go over to SW and give me karma anyway

It is rare for us to agree on anything music related, let alone Mac related!!

I actually feel this way about all Christine's solo albums. I like them, just don't love them or find them particularly interesting

I actually don't really like Lindsey's "Law & Order" album either, its like his crappy "Mirage" songs trying to be like "Tusk". I do like "Trouble" and "Shadow of the West" however...

I love Law and Order, though my favorite Lindsey solo album remains Go Insane. I do agree, however, that his Mirage songs are pretty crappy - "On Diane" in particular. Actually, with a few exceptions, the whole album is pretty crappy.

Oh God yes, "Mirage" is pretty appauling. "Gypsy" And "Straight Back" from Stevie are brilliant, and I love every Christine track (as usual), but Lindsey really lets it down - I mean, I HATE his songs on this album - in my opinion, some of the worst Mac tracks ever...

I have not heard "Go Insane" yet. I have only heard "Law & Order" "Out of the Cradle" and "Under the Skin". I also have the Soundstage DVD, which I love

Seriously? It's fantastic! Have you at least heard (or seen the videos for) "Slow Dancing" and "Go Insane"? Excellent stuff. So eighties (with its sythesized dance beats), but still so insanely Lindsey.

As for Mirage, amazingly enough the only songs I really love are "That's Alright," "Gypsy," and "Wish You Were Here." I do like "Empire State," though, for its crazy vocals. The rest I can do without.

I know - now I have completed my Mac Back-Cat I am going to get "Go Insane" - I have heard the title track though, and I absolutely adore it

I love "Eyes of the World" live on the SYW tour, but Lindsey's stuff is really, really bad on "Mirage". I have always wondered if he did it on purpose because the band did not want to do another "Tusk"

"Wish You Were Here" is my least favourite Chris song on "Mirage" "Love in Store" and "Only Over You" are my favourites...

Once you've done that, you need to move on to getting other solo stuff, like Billy and Bekka. 'Cause they rock.

Well, you will soon see what I think when I listen to those tracks you sent me

New it had to happen Seriously though, the lyrics are so simplistic, it sounds like a 10 year-old wrote them:

"I wish you were here holding me tight
If I had you near it would make it alright"

We will forgive Christine, because atleast she didn't write them

Nothing wrong with simple lyrics. At least then there's no doubt as to WTF the songwriter's talking about.

True, but unfortunately the lyrics are too simple - there is such a thing...

Anyway, back to Buckingham - isn't "Someones Gotta Change Your Mind" the greatest song eva!!!

Yes! Thats my second favourite song on the album! Then "Down on Rodeo". In fact, I love them all, but I can take or leave "It Was You" - I love the lyrics, but I don't lilke the composition of the song overall...

Really? I love that one. The only one I can do without is "Flying Down Juniper." That song annoys.

I don't think I listened to "Flying Down Juniper" properly - I was still reeling from SGCYM
