Default Stupid Daylight Savings!!

ok, so at my work I got a flier in my mailbox about daylight savings time. So I figured it was this weekend, right? so I set all my clocks back an hour and felt pretty good about myself, but on a hunch, this morning, I called popcorn (time) and imagine my surprise when I found out the time was back to what I had???

So, since I dont get the paper and dont watch TV, Im kinda stuck about when to turn my clock back. I know its in October, but WHEN??

here is a cool site that has the official US Time

and another that gives the dates of the changes: \http://webexhibits.org/daylightsaving/b.html

Well, I guess I shoulda READ that flier a bit closer eh?

I personally wish we would quit tinkering with the clocks, pick a spot in between and leave it there! ARRGH! What a pain!

Congress passed a bill on it last year to make it a little later so that we could save money on our heating bills or some b.s. It was nice of them to throw us a bone.
Anyway I like it because it doesn't start 'til after Halloween. And that's more fun for the trick or treaters.

We change our clocks next Saturday night. I must say I hate it when they go back an hour... the early dark evenings are awful.

Ugh. I forgot all about that. In Indiana, we're quite new to Daylight Savings Time. I almost forgot that we had to change our clocks this month. This sucks!

Yip. I don't know why we'd WANT to turn the clock back. Let's make it dark at 5:30, instead of 6:30.
Why not just adopt Eastern time, period?

Because that's too easy.

personally I think the whole idea of Daylight savings time sucks. we should pick a time and stick with it. doesnt most of the rest of the world do without it? (I didnt know England observed it, I wonder which other countries do?)
