I weighed in this morning. 174.5
 Sparkbloat. Goal is 163 by Thanksgiving. I checked all these crazy ideal weight sites. Evidently, my ideal weight is around at 5'9" is 160-165. But, I have pretty muscular legs and have gotten some more shoulder and back muscle lately. So I am saying 163. A couple of years ago, I remember tipping in at 159 a few times, which shocked me. I know what I should look like, and how my clothes should fit, so it's no mystery. Ran off and swam 1000 meters yesterday at lunch. Wimp swim. I usually do 1800. But today I am gonna do the 1800 and then bike tonight. Here goes ! Here goes hopefully ten pounds of sloppy fat.

Good luck on your goal....!!! I think you can totally do it! Too bad NPR doesn't have an exercise show

SUZE---I ordered the 8 Weeks to Optimum Health book - I was going to wait - but then priced it and got a copy for $.80 ..that won't break me so I did it. I'm really looking forward to reading it!
