God bless you. Thursdays are my worst night & I have yet to catch Betty.

I quit watching Studio 60 because it was boring me. It's basically West Wing without being interesting to me. It's very self-important- with West Wing that was okay, because- hello, they were saving the world all the time. I just don't get the urgency in being so self-involved about a TV show that hasn't been relevant for years (pick one- SNL OR the fictional show).

I LOVE Heroes. LOOOVE Heroes. When watching it, I feel like I did about Lost when it was first on. I think it's really interesting.

Friday Night Lights is supposed to be GREAT- I can't watch it as it conflicts with another one of my shows, but I really liked the movie in the first place and have heard nothing but good things about the show.

I also loooooove Ugly Betty. Even my boyfriend got really into it. It's silly and predictable but FUN.

^^

I'm so ticked that I can't watch Ugly Betty - I'm still at work during that time.

I'm SO excited about 30Rock this week...

Kidnapped is rocking my world.

I refuse to watch Friday Night Lights because I despise, detest, loathe...you get the picture..football.

I'm enjoying the few shows I do watch!

^ Didn't love Friday Night Lights when I caught it the other night.

Loved Heroes' pilot, but haven't seen it since. When's it on?

Betty is the one show I'm pissed that I've missed. It looks so good, and I'm afraid people won't watch & they'll cancel it & I just wouldn't be able to handle that guilt.

I know - I hate that I can't watch Ugly Betty - I tried to watch at work - but it doesn't work because I'm back and forth between the room w/ the tv in it and the studio - I had no clue what was going on....

I've got the same dilema with 30Rock this week - and I'm old-school - setting the VCR to record - but last night it didnt' work and I missed Desperate Housewives

Ugly Betty has the best ratings out of any of the other new shows, thanks to being the lead-in to Grey's. It's not going anywhere. It's so cute.

Paula- Heroes is on Mondays at 8 or 9 CT, can't remember- but it's also being repeated on USA and Sci-Fi. It looks like Sci-Fi rebroadcasts Monday's episode every Friday night at 6PM CT.

And yes, I am a dork. Sci-Fi Friday RULES-

6PM- Heroes
7PM- Doctor Who
8PM- Battlestar Galactica
9PM- Threshold

/dork

How do they even figure out accurate ratings these days? With the internet, DVR, VCR, Tivo, etc. We ARE watching the shows, just maybe not in real time. You can watch Ugly Betty on abc.com also. But I prefer to watch TV on my TV, not the computer.

Friday Night Lights - I love it! How could I not? It's filmed in Austin, the boys are cute and I adore football (well, college football, anyway). One of my friends is supposed to be in the next 2 episodes. I liked the party scene where the older woman said to the cute kid, "What's a blitz? It sounds dirrrty...you ever blitz an older woman?"

Okay, I'm finally caught up with Vanished. It's intriguing, but I'm getting bored with the concept. So I imagine I'll get bored with Kidnapped as well. I guess I'm not as into these serial dramas as I thought I was. I like to have some closure every now and then.

Ugly Betty is a hoot. Still need to get caught up with Jericho, Heroes, and Friday Night Lights.

I'm a bit ashamed to admit one of my new shows is "House of Carters", a reality show about Nick and Aaron Carter and their vapid sisters. Not that Nick and Aaron are any huge brainiacs or anything themselves. It's one of those shows that intrigues and repulses me at the same time.

^ The only new shows I've kept up with are Studio 60, Men in Trees and The Class.

I enjoyed 30 Rock's pilot, but missed it this week. I'd heard 20 Good Years was awful, but I thought it was damn funny.

Still want to get into Betty & Heroes.

I heard that Smith & Runaway have been cancelled.

I LOVE kidnapped But they moved it on me and now it's on Saturday That doesn't seem like such a good sign...but I enjoy the show.

I've heard that Ugly Betty is just awful - rife with Mexican stereotypes and juvenile humor - but I've yet to see it so I don't have an opinion of my own.

30Rock is GREAT - the second ep was just as funny as the first - and I LOVE what they're doing with Rachel Dratch each episode...

I've missed Desperate Housewives two weeks in a row now - but then got sucked into The Biggest Loser

Kidnapped is toast. They are showing 13 episodes, and will wrap it all up, then it's cancelled.

Ugly Betty is rife with a bunch of stereotypes but doesn't seem very offensive to me.

What!?! Are they really canceling Kidnapped? Ah piss. Figures. The one show I got into

I haven't seen Ugly Betty yet....but in this day of Immigration issues I don't know that Mexican stereotypes are the way to go But I still want to see the show for myself - I've just not had the chance and keep forgetting to record it.

Ugly Betty is equal opportunity on the stereotypes. I think it's hilarious. My boyfriend loves it too, but I'm not supposed to tell anyone... oops. I'm also not supposed to tell anyone that he gets cattier than I do about the clothes when I "force" him to watch Project Runway, and refused to change the channel during an all day marathon of What Not To Wear on Sunday.

Why isn't anyone watching Heroes? It's so flipping awesome and I want everyone to watch it. Like, now.

^ I was going to catch it this week, and that stupid storm happened & F'd everything up. I saw a tiny bit on my tiny 2" screen - where the professor's son was talking to "Jess".

Mine's the same way about Runway. He bitches about it, but plopped himself right in front of the TV with me yesterday to watch. Um, we have 2 other TVs he could have watched. Then, when I suggested we should get ready for bed soon, he said "aren't we going to watch the end?"

Mark & I are really into Heroes now. Love this show. I'm still having a hard time figuring out who's connected to who in what way & all that, but I can't wait to watch each week to put more pieces of the puzzle together.

I've also been able to see a few eps of Ugly Betty, which I really enjoy. Her nephew is priceless. The Halloween ep? "I'm Gene Kelly!" "Yeah, but remember, just tell people that you're a proud member of the U.S. Navy."
