I'm guilty as well. All I've ever owned are stickshift cars and I still F***IN stall out at a stop once inawhile.

We get that kind of snow here too. But only when it is warm out, oddly. When it is really cold, that is when you get the dry fluffy stuff. But that's no good for snowmen! Dude, I have a yard now, I could make one!

Yeah, kind of bizarre even for us. First snow is usually late Oct early Nov & it doesn't stick. First heavy snow's usually close to Thanksgiving.

There is currently 1 or 2 inches of snow accumulated on the ground. They were calling for a dusting tonight in higher elevations only. Jerkasses. Nobody was ready for this - I wore my jean jacket in to work this morning.

No snow brush in the car yet, and I'm sure the plows are still stored away. It's NOT going to be a good drive home. I wish I had my camera so you guys could see this. Seriously.

As far as predicting the rest of the winter - everyone has a theory (oh, last winter was mild so this one will suck; oh it rained a lot last month so it'sll be a nice winter.) It's all bull****. We neve know what's coming ahead of time.

I was just about to post something about the weather. I'm an hour north of Pittsburgh and it started snowing today. It only lasted for about 5 minutes. But its the first time I've seen snow in atleast 3 years.
Right now its 37 Degrees. I knew it would be cold up here, but holy crap. I miss the South. Thank God its only one more week! How do you Yankees handle this???

I love cold weather... Summertime is when I'm absolutely miserable.

Agreed. Although the livin' is easy, I'm just not okay with sweating for days on end. Minnesota has horrid humidity during the hot months.
