Dude, have you ever seen her on Ellen? She gets even nuttier. She is very Lorelai-esque. You can't tell where the character starts and she begins. But then you see her in movies like Bad Santa and stuff, and she's totally chill. Who knows.

I heard somewhere she's going to be on Studio 60 for a few episodes soon.

oh, it definitely is amusing -- payback for being a total wench last season. and you know either logan's going to cheat on her or she'll cheat on him -- she'll end up in london where she'll have yet another confrontation with the family, etc. eventually they're just going to break up.

yes. i've seen her on ellen and i find her personality to be annoying and not quirky. i've never seen bad santa but if she's more mellow, maybe that's her acting.

Haha. The ep is called something like La Boob or whatever. I saw that in an article. I'm watching Lauren on Ellen on You Tube. Yeah, she's wacky, maybe she really DOES drink that much coffee. She seems anxious but fun.

Haha, I remember that! It's been so long since I've seen it though I didn't realize that was SP. That is one of the funniest shows I've ever seen. Grace is so Lucy in that ep.

Logan is hot, even though he's a dick on the show. Luke is hot, even though he's sloppy on the show. Christopher is hot, even though he's an idiot on the show. I wouldn't kick any of them out of bed.

I must say I was a bit disappointed with last night's ep. Not enough pop culture references for me, I guess.

And it didn't get to me emotionally AT ALL until the very end. Kirk being blinded by Taylor's cam & smashing into the diner was classic. And I loved how at the end, Luke said that he really didn't care about the damage that much, that none of it mattered without her. I was literally nauseous when she was about to tell him that she'd been with Chris. Ugh.

I do not want Lor with Chris. I don't. I don't buy this **** about them being "meant to be." He's had his chance, more than once, and he F'd it up every single time. It's old history, and they should bury it. I'd rather they end it with her alone than with him.

Love that Rory yelled at Lorelai. Hate that she made it partly about her "don't you know things between me & dad were finally good?" But still, good to see someone tell Lorelai how stupid it was to sleep with Chris.

Poor Lane. I saw that coming as soon as she said she was nauseous, though.

Funny how April's nowhere to be seen or heard from yet this season...

The scene in the supermarket got me.

Chris sucks.

I felt like there were a lot of moments in the show though with a lot of dialog but nothing happening. There is definitely a different feel with the new writers. But I still enjoyed the show.

Lorelai making "Little Asia" for Rory was awesome - classic Gilmore.

Can't wait to see what happens when Emily finds out about L&L. And Chris.

I missed the grandparents again this week, so I'm looking forward to tomorrow- the episode description makes it sound like it will be a very family oriented episode. I can't wait.

I liked last week. I liked it a lot- once I finally stopped rewinding to watch Luke punch Christopher over and over and over again.

I did love Lane's speech about the conspiracy of sex. Kirk as Luke was pretty great too- once they panned over to his 'No Cell Phones' sign I kinda lost it. Also? I wanted to punch Luke in the face when he and Lor met out on the street because of that "Well, you asked me to marry YOU" thing. Ugh.

The "No Cell Phones" sign was hilarious. That, and the fact that Kirk was dressed exactly like Luke but in hues of red, and that he had a liquor license.

Emily is quite a character. I love the ep when she lost it and smokes and drinks on the couch all day in her robe. Because she's always so much in control! She never really warmed up to Luke so she might be happy. Although she won't miss the opportunity to tell L she has screwed up again.

I don't know how she'll react. On one hand, she may be all "Luke wasn't right for you anyway, you should be with Christopher." But she could pull a "what the hell is wrong with you, you finally had everything you've ever wanted & you screwed it up because after waiting for years you just couldn't wait another day." And I'm not sure which reaction I want her to have.

That was unexpected, but pretty funny. Lorelai getting upset because they didn't freak out & start blaming her OR Luke - classic.

Those kids at the cotilion - gawd. How awful. I would hate that life. Rory & Logan - cheese factor was way too high for me. Paris was awesome last night though.

Lane & Zack reacting to their pregnancy is just how I imagine me & Mark would 'Oh, yeah this baby totally sucks!"

And I literally couldn't watch Chris at the end. I looked the other way & tried not to barf. So mad she called him later.

Yep, her no reaction was completely unexpected. Those writers are clever!

The cotilion, ugh, I thought that Michel would get bored but he didn't.

The whole baby thing cracked me up too, "I'm worried about [roommate]." So funny how Lane had to talk to hubby that way! "I'm glad you're fine with it but I'm not!".

What story lines will they have for Luke without Lorelei? Those might even be harder to watch than L&C. F*ck.
