I got news for you: Condi DOESNT speak for Black people because she sees herself as WHITE (I'd bet $$$$$$$$$$$ on it). And to answer your question, she sold out the blacks because the blacks are disproportionately represented in the fighting forces. Black boys are getting killed.

she reminds me of OJ Simpson who so turned his back on his roots that he married a white girl and lived in the ritzy white neighborhood and considered himself part of WHITE high society. He only remembered he was black when he needed a jury that would acquit him. What a jerk.

Nice try - but Powell was and is black as are many of the top brass in the military. Also, I get that you rather detest white men as they have the power, but they do and in this instance it is more happenstance than her deliberate attempt to appease them merely because they are white, etc. If you have proof to the contrary, let's see it.
