I was not referring you - I was addressing Towie as "Mary" - which is a generic gay term akin to "honey." But, I changed it to avoid confusion ![]() |

Jason- I have I told you how much I love you lately???
Quote:
Because of the american public playing into the hands of the terrorists, it allowed an evil administration to do its evil work. Because of the weakness of the american public, because it could stand up and say "It doesn't matter that you did this- we will not lower ourselves to your level by resorting to violence and perpetuating the never-ending cycle of bitterness and war.". Because the american public did not say "The world did not change on this day because of the actions of a handful of people- there were evil terrorists before this day and there will be evil terrorists after this day and we will not let your actions change who we are." Because of those things, the american public allowed the unnecessary deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis, not to mention the deaths of an additional 3,000 americans in an invasion of a sovereign nation based on lies and evildoing. Because of those things, there is an entire generation of people who now see the U.S.A. as a nation of evil- as a nation of aggressors. The american public saw those evil acts and reacted with fear and retribution. Exactly what the terrorists wanted. Exactly. Which is why it is lame. Quote:

Did you at least get the Mr. Shelby reference beeyotch
![]() Also - I agree, I'd rather never vote for any current R because although I may think one like RG is relatively better - his being in power fuels the far religious right and that I never want to do ![]() Speaking of Clarence "pubic hair on a coke can" Thomas - he is speaking here and I have been invited. I am considering wearing me in that outfit I sent you only in blackface and with a fro. |

esp. considering OBL was not that much of a threat to us in that he had not organized the flying of planes into our buildings to the tune of like 3,000 dead. I get that the Cole was bad, but W did nada to get OBL after that and once he took office. He was too focused on Iraq, which every single person told him was not that much of a threat when compared to OBL and Al-Q. I think it is important to remember that OBL and Al-Q were fledglings throughout most of the Clinton era, which was Clinton's point in that interview and one which the interviewer essentiall scoffed at
![]() Again, Clinton made mistakes and there is no question in my mind that the Lewinsky deal distracted him -- but he did catch, prosecute, and kill terrorists ![]() |
